Lutheran Senior LIFE at Jersey City, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), is proud to welcome Noel M. Peters as its new Center Director. 

Noel started his career as an X-Ray Technician before taking on the challenges of Wall Street. After more than 30 years in finance, he retired to follow his passion of working with the geriatric population. Noel returned to college to earn his Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work. 

After completing his degrees, he was licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, a Certified Social Worker and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. His Geriatric career includes working as a Center Director at a PACE Community as well as an Executive Director at Assisted Living Communities and as an Administrator in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Noel has been married to his wife Marie for 44 years. They have two children and five grandchildren, and live in Monmouth County New Jersey.

About Lutheran Senior LIFE – A PACE Program at Jersey City

Lutheran Senior LIFE is a federally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) that provides management of individualized health needs and personal care services for seniors, enabling them to remain independent and living in their homes and communities. Participants must be 55 years of age or older and live in select zip codes within Hudson County. They must be certified by the state at a nursing home level of care and able to live safely at home at the time of enrollment.
